Materials & Quality
What kind of card do you use?
All items are custom printed on 300gsm card.
I use matte for most things but some collections have a silk finish.
All items have the type of card they are printed on in their description but if you have any preference please let me know.
What kind of printer and ink do you use?
The printer is a production grade Epson Eco Tank model.
All inks I use are compatible Epson Brand inks to ensure the best finish, no imitation or alternative brands!
How do you create and cut such detailed designs?
For initricate designs, I use specialised, precision cutting machines to create a unique finish.
Everything else is hand cut and finished in house, by myself.
Personalisation
Can items be personalised?
Most of our products can be personalised with names and other details, check specific product information for details.
How do I request personalisation?
If it's available, each product has instructions on how to personalise, with a personalisation box on the right side of every product.

What if I make an error?
If all personalisation options aren’t completed, the order will be replicated as the main product image using whatever information we do have.
We copy and paste any personalisation so please double check spelling!
Will I see a proof of my order?
We don’t provide a proof before dispatch unless you have ordered a completely custom order.
If you would like a proof prior to sending, please let us know.
Do you create fully custom products?
We love being creative so always welcome a custom order!
If you’ve seen an item you’d like in our designs please drop me a message and we can discuss your options.
All items can also be customised (within reason) if you’d like a different colour or font please message us before ordering and we can send a mock up over for you to approve.
Delivery & Returns
What kind of packaging do you use?
All items are packed in protective and reinforced envelopes.
A3 items come packed in a cardboard tube so will need flattening before use.
What service do you use to deliver standard orders?
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for standard delivery.
What service do you use to deliver express orders?
Next Day / Express service is also available via Evri or 1st Class Royal Mail.
For special orders we may be able to accommodate a next day before 1pm order - please contact us first if you require this.
